These features lead to achievements such as those reported by Cadmus for our Pacific Power energy efficiency program, which had the highest customer satisfaction scores they had seen recently among programs. Our programs typically achieve customer like-ratings in the 80-90% range, paired with a savings uplift of more than 2.7% across two years.
